Topband: hetrodynes every 4 or 5 kc?

Hello all I was wondering I have hetrodynes every 4 or 5 kc all accross
the

160 band --I thought it might be television horiz or vertical output.

I have a cable tv coax running near Also I turned off the computer.

Sure wish I could fix this.
