Topband: Reflector problems

        For some reason, Mailman is truncating posts longer than ~4 kBytes.  
I am discarding all truncated posts until we figure out what the problem 
is.  In the meantime, keep your posts short, don't copy previous posts and 
they will probably go through....hmmm...that's what the guidelines say!
When the problem is solved, please resubmit anything that that was rejected.
