Topband: Eu off and running at the equinox

G'day

Great start to the season, with a FB opening into Europe from the eastern
Indian Ocean at the equinox.

Got onto the band at 2048Z, to hear G3ZGC and other Europeans calling some
DX around 1.830.  Worked Howarth GW3TMP and Svein LA3XI a few minutes
later, both peaking RST 599.  By 2202Z signals had fallen and DJ9LJ was
worked at 559.
