3D2CI has a consistent but weak signal here, compared to others
from the same general area. T32EQ is far away from 3D2, and
might not be a good basis for comparison.
I'm almost certain the 3D2 I heard was good, because of direction
and strength. VK6HD and VK3ZL were over S-9, and ZL3REX was
CQing on 1823 15 minutes before with an S9 signal...and the 3D2
was about S4.
That is about the same signal ratio he had the other day compared
to the others somewhat in his area.
He was calling moderately fast CQ's today. I didn't hear him work
anyone, so I didn't hear an exchange. But when I worked him the
other day, he sent 5nn as a "canned" reply.
