Topbanders,
It's my understanding that the FCC came down on the phone guys for
intentional interference.
The question posed to them was, "what was the reason they were there doing
that", not "why were they there".(my paraphrase).
It appears to me that if they were not intentionally interfering with the
other stations
no one would have said boo...
Something about substantial justification.
Maybe a bit of clarification from Riley would be in order.
