Double check your entrys..
I just got my power back on after the ice storm and someone had EMailed me
saying I had not yet commented.
For some reason I didn't go through.. This time I got a confirmation..

P.S. The most common entry errors are:
1. Not entering exactly " RM-10352 " (case sensitive!) in Box 1
2. Not clicking "Finish Transaction" on the next screen after you
click "Submit comment".
