  To suggest that an op. wait to call a DX station when the DX station bumps
up to Q5 is nonsense. If our fellow ops with 200-300+ DXCC countries
followed that idea their totals would be much lower.
  Sound like an ulterior motive to me, inventing a rule to clear out the
pile up for ones own DX success.
