Topband: VK9ML

Heard for the first time this AM between 1010 and 1027 at up to 559
with QSB at my S. Ont. QTH.  Called a few times but the sound of the
path didn't feel right for a 2-way.  

The other AM I worked them easily on 80M with very good signals and
was concerned that I could not hear even a peep here when W8s and 9s
seemed to be making QSOs.  The vagaries of the band!
