I was looking at the marketing info on the new TenTec Orion transceiver, which claims to accomodate full diversity reception using separate receive antenna ports and the two receivers. It all sounds too cool to believe... http://www.tentec.com/ Look at the "Orion" information. My question is, how far apart will the 160 antennas have to be to allow for useful diversity? I've only got 5 acres so separating more than 500' or so will be difficult. Thanks Ford-N0FP ford@cmgate.com |
