Hi John,

That's what I understand as well.  I have passed an objection on to the
organisers.  What I also object to is the fact that the test only starts 2
hrs after ZL sunset.  This is probably an oversight, but I haven't had much
luck in getting it sorted out.

In spite of the rules, I will give any W/VE a call if I hear them.
