So from ur msg, can we assume that the only reason radials are buried is for safety? I have radials on the surface only because it would be too difficult to bury them and the area they are in does not present a tripping hazard. Everything I have read, mandates the radials be buried just below the surface. So again. Is the burying of radials only a safety issue?
