Heard JA7NI call one CQ today at 1020z, peaking 559. He couldn't hear me. VK6ABL called in at 1050z, just before sunrise, but weak and copy was rough. No copy on DU9/N0NM today. Both JA7NI and VK6ABL were best on the single-wire, 880-foot, 342-degree Beverage. Meaning signals must have been skewed to the North a bit; usually other antennas are best here for JA and VK. 73/Jon AA1K |
