Don't forget that Steve, VK6VZ was world high in the Stew a couple of
years ago running in the low power category from a QTH without a large
surrounding radius of active 160-meter amateurs, Tom.

As Steve said, the point scheme of the Stew certainly levels the playing
field a bunch.
