Topband: Stew Perry 97

I believe SP 1997 is the same year that WA6CDR was working
Europe QRP from Mt. Wilson above Los Angeles. I can also recall
operating CQ Worldwide in low sunspot years from KS8S/AD8P in
Ohio (c 1985) when I awoke from a nap to an ecstatic KU8E who
had caught one of those big openings to Europe where it quote
"sounded like 20 meters" (on Phone). Pity that I slept through it,
but them's the breaks.
