Ake continues to try almost daily on the low bands. His sunrise
continues to move forward and now is near 0235Z. Recently, he has been
heard from 0215Z onward. The QRG continues on 1834, unless QRM that he
can hear, forces him slightly up or down from that freq.
Also, he QSYs to 80 M after sunrise, usually on 3513 for as much as
20-30 minutes of action. On 80 M, if the pile gets large, he will QSX
up but doesn't always mention it.
Finally, he will be leaving 5R on next Monday for a business trip into
the Indian Ocean. Tells us he will definitely be QRV this Sat & Sun
(his time) before leaving. Scheduled return on Feb 28th.
