I went to the Titanex website and observed that radials were not included
with the antenna...makes one wonder could this be the reason it "does'nt
work"

I suspect most of us are waiting impatiently for 3C0V on Topband.
It seems they have problem with Titanex as " they had erected already the
V80 but it did not work at all."
Thet will take it down today for checking and hope they will find the
problem.
