The shortwave station trashing 1805kHz with a mix between two transmitters
installed a trap and now is perfectly clean. 1805 (so far) is totally clear!

I now have a clear audio match on the Spanish language QRM drifting between
1810 and 1840kHz. It matches the audio of a station on 1470kHz at about 165
degrees or so true from my QTH near Forsyth GA (north of Macon). I can
normally get azimuth direction within 10 degrees, although I haven't
calibrated lately.

Possible stations are:
WBIT Adel, GA
WWNN Pompano Beach, FL
WLVU Dunedin, FL

I have a ~3meg sound file of this trash at:
http://www.w8ji.com/dx_sound_files.htm

If anyone can understand Spanish there might be something there to indicate
city or state.

73 Tom
