I have a question about the split shield receiving loop antenna. Typical designs I have seen have been make with coax. Is anything about the antenna improved if more than one conductor is contained within the shield, and is a 'continuous conductor', rather than just having the ends shorted at the feed point? I'm asking here because I'd like to hear from someone with real experience with it, rather than theory. Thanks! -- Jim N0OCT _______________________________________________ Topband mailing list Topband@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/topband |
