The parasitic did turn out to be from Cuba. The bearing from here actually was within a few degrees of the transmitter site. There is a new strong intruder on 160 lately on 1820. It is a harmonic or very stable clean spurious, not like the other buzzing drifting one. If anyone can copy the Spanish in the SE USA, they should be able to identify it.
