What ROTTEN news... I find it difficult to express what a loss this is to all of us. A leader on the bands and on the 'net, Bill set high standards in many ways. To lose his intellect and personality is just devastating to the ham radio world. In the coming days I will be having many "moments of silence" in reflection and in Bill's memory. Very 73, Bill...
