Anyone answering that would only be making a guess.
Grounding may make it less of a problem, and it make it more
of a problem. It does not fix the problem and may make it
worse or better.
A Bev could be installed using pvc coated cable directly
over the ground?>>
It can be. But how it works will depend on many things. Try
it and see.
