Ed K1EP reports that the Russian 160-Meter Contest Web site shows different times than reported in the 12/15 Rate Sheet. Also, there are English links on the page now: http://www.radio.ru/cq/contest/rule-results/index.shtml Correct times December, 17 (21 to 23 UTC).
