Fedor UK9AA operates from city lot. His attemt to make K9AY Loop worked
failed. More likely too many sourses of noise.
But the good news that he recently purchsed new countryside property and
started construction of 1/4 vertical. During WW 160 he was doing tests with
BV there and he was very happy after this. He has prepared all amterials for
vertical now and ready to erect it. But this year winter in Central Asia too
cold so he was forced to postpone this project.
