Topband: W8JI's MK-V Key Click Mod

I used Tom's info to modify my MK-V also.  In his documentation and
discourse on keyclicks, Tom mentions that the MK-V keyclick mod is a
patch and not a cure.  I suspect that he is referring to the "leading
edge after pause."  Nonetheless, I believe that an 80 to 90% improvement
is very worthwhile.
