Anyone know when the current C9 operation will be QRV on Top?

Yesterday a phone operator on 17 m said that they were going to be on last
night, but I saw no spots.
I assume they are busy making decent antennas ?
I have only heard them on 17 m phone and on CW with a bit slow speed, but
OK.
The phoneman said they had 2 ( !! ) CW operators who would work low
bands.
Let us hope the statics are not ruining any opportunities!
Weather is very hot here now, + 28 C !!!
