It seems to me that the 160 bandplan needs a bit of study. While my
observations may be off, it seems that the space above 1900 gets very
little regular use. Perhaps a 10Khz non-dx cw segment??
The problem of qrm is a good one to have. It means that more and more
active ops are finding 160 to be a useful and fun band, for a large
variety of reasons--DX--digital--rag chews, etc--
