Topband: "Special Report" to the Topband Reflector re: VU7RG(Agatti Isl) lowband results

        Thanks Bob and Agatti team for an outstanding job!
It really helps when an operation has low band operators
who understand when to be on the band, what directions
to be watching for (i.e. your long path 80m results), knows
how to build effective antennas, etc.  Just a little knowledge
goes a LONG ways (DX0JP is proving this again now with
JA4DND Hiro-san's operating skills and technical antenna
knowledge).

        The link for the antenna photo was incorrect in
