Well I guess everything that is in print is not correct.  Looking at the 
article, referenced on that link, on ground resistance versus frequency

written by G4FGQ, he says the resistance of a ground radial goes down as 
frequency goes up.  Other things in that article seem suspect as well.

Here is a good article on the same subject and the conclusion is exactly 
the opposite.
