Hello from a hot and steamy Brunei jungle. Conditions not that great
but still now over almost 6,000 QSOs in the log. Still to hear USA
on 160 but not for the want of trying. 80m has been reasonably good
with the usual squad of UK stations in the log.
Antennas - 160m V160 Titanex with USA and EU Beverage and K9AY loop
80m V160 Titanex (same for top band) The beverages are in the jungle
and may well be left there due to all the bugs and bites and other
assorted creatures
40m 4 square
Unfortunately we are 5Km from beach!
All top band QSOs are with V8FWP and all 80m QSOs with V8FWU to avoid
duplicate QSOs with same mega stations.
Today we had rain the likes o which I have never seen before and the
site was flooded we hope our 4 square switch box survived.
V85SS is a very agreeable host
Try to update on weekend
