Topband: auto- tune one 160M from Tom

Hi all,

In addition to Tom' s recommendation I decrease power as well.
Besides, it will extend life of relays , capacitors and MTBF(= mean  
time between failures) - espescially for those tuners which don' t  
memorize settings .
(they are still high class transceiver with tuner which don't).
