Yo Stew Perry Enthusiasts worldwide,
The starting gun will go off in a few short hours at 1500Z
Dec.29signaling the 12th running of this extravaganza is underway.
Participating
contesters may use any of the 14 hours between then and 1500Z, Dec 30 to
play in the contest. Packet use is not permitted as the sponsors of this
contest put a premium on Operating abilities and not click and shooting.
The demand for information about the rules and such has been so great
that the server hosting the information site has been down intermittently.

to appreciate the subtleties of the rules and how to submit your entry.
The list below notes contesters that have decided on an appropriate
category that they feel would benefit The Stew Perry TopBand DX Challenge
and have sent in $50 to support their chosen plaque. The Boring Amateur
Radio Club appreciates these Stalwarts and hope that the contesting
community does also. I know the winners of these plaques do.
