The more radials the better. Expect a feedpoint Z of 14 ohms or so with a 
lot of them. Just use a shunt inductor across the input as a simple Z-match 
(element length will need to be slightly shortened to maintain resonance). A 
small coil there can handle lots of power. Of course, the L-net mentioned by 
another here is fine too, but the parts need to handle more power. The shunt 
coil also provides you with a DC ground return to eliminate static build up.
