Topband: VK9LA

Does anyone know what kind of antenna VK9LA has been using on 160 meters 
the last couple of mornings. Seems that guys on the West Coast with 
really good ears are hearing and working them, but so far I have heard 
nothing at my noise impaired urban QTH. I was expecting them to be a 
little bit louder.
