I have the same problem with VP9/N1SNB.
Several emails, QSL/SASE requests go
unanswered. I have given up on this
Amateur's poor operating habits.
Operators wishing to confirm VP9 with
N1SNB save your stamps and $$$. Just
work another VP9 and hope for a more
conscience operator.
