Please define elevated in terms of a wavelength and a feedpoint at ground 
level. I'm not trying to be a smarta$$, I'm trying to learn from your 
work, of which I appreciate the difficulty. :)  

Another question. Did any of your work in this regard include field 
strength measurements?
