Topband: West Virginia

Greetings All:

I am looking for someone in West Virginia that uses LOTW  to make a 
quick contact to complete WAS on 160.  Any takers, or does anyone have a 
suggestion about someone I can contact?  I tried to watch the 160 
contest carefully, and if one showed up, I missed it.
