It seems to me if the owner/operators of web based receivers were to implement 
a 30 second delay in the output the problem would go away. I don't think this 
would seriously affect anyone's ability to check antennas or propagation. 
However, any attempt at a "QSO" would be obvious due to the unusual delay and 
would expose the situation for what it was.
