According to an email exchange i had with Bob IK0PRG it was a "PIRATE" and
"CW" no way so sorry to say that it was indeed no good qso...FYI PK0PRG is

Hi Top Banders!
I was certain that I had a QSO with HV0A on 160 on January 19th. But the
recently uploaded logs to LoTW does not show a match for me. I had another
top bander locally tell me that there was a slim operating last month as
well. Does anyone have any info with that regard? Maybe I caught the slim
although I really would be surprised because the station I worked was
spotted several times and on for quite a while.
