Topband: HV0A pirate?

Hello,

if I remember right, there was an info on this reflector that the 160m CW 
activity from HV0A in January 2010 was a pirate. I had my QSL already on the 
way, but was expecting no reply after that info.
Now I got the QSL from IK0FVC, confirming the QSO I made on the 9th of January.
So don't give up already after that info....there WAS somebody active with good 
and quick CW.
