1. KD9SV 160 Preamp & IC-756 Pro III (Thomas F. Giella NZ4O) "I have an KD9SV 160 meter receive antenna preamp that I want to use on an experimental beverage on ground. The question I have is will the remote antenna tuner socket of the Icom IC-756 Pro III safely provide enough current handling capability for the preamp?" Yes it will. That's how I power mine.
