This is by far the worst season in 10 years here in East Texas!
I keep thinking something is broken here, but that is not the case.
The numbers look fine; even the Moscow Neutron Monitor is not that bad.
All of the usual propagation indicators do not mean squat this year.
I keep waiting for a miracle, but the thunderstorm season is only 60 days
off.
I am afraid that this season is a complete write-off.
