Can't help with antenna details, but I'd guess they aren't great for 
either TX or RX. I heard them on 40M about 0530 last night say they were 
going to 1822, so I went there too.  Heard them about ten minutes later 
on 1822.5, called a bunch of times at 600W while the filaments in my 
Titan were warming up, then a bunch more with the Titan.  Finally worked 
them a few minutes later as their signal built, and also spotted them. 
T32C was down the band trying to work EU, somewhat louder.
