Javi and Elmo have apparently arrived on Bioko Island, Equatorial Guinea
and QRV as 3C6A. They will be there until February 26th. From February
27th to March 11th they will be on Pagalu Island, more commonly known as
Annobon Island, operating as 3C0E. To my knowledge no one in the US has
worked 3C0 on 160 meters. Might I suggest those who work 3C6A over the
next several days encourage the guys to look for us on Topband from 3C0?

Bernie I exchanged a few e-mails with Elmo before their departure about
160m...
what is important HE ASKED me about the best time for opening on
Topband, so it seems they are really serious with Topband activity ( I
hope) .
As I know they had similar discuss with a few Topbanders from US too...
In Europe only a few have 3C0 on 160m...so we will have huge pileups
there...
