KD7P/KC4 - Palmer Station - OP: Bob  Winters   May be currently licensed as 
N7XR. 
 
Date and Time of  Topband QSO 23  December 1986 0445Z  
 
Still remember it was a HUMDINGER of a  pileup!
 
Bob got around.   On 27  November 1989, I worked him as KD7P/NH4 - Midway 
Island on 6 meter  CW.    He was active from other places too.
