Topband: gap voyager a users perspective

In a little over 4 months of owning a gap voyager I have worked on 160 meters:
31 states and 3 countries 
So does it work?  Yes
Is it as good as a 1/4 wave vertical with 10 miles of radials? No
Is it better than a dummy load? Yes
Is it the best antenna in the world? No
It is a compromise antenna. It works for me.  YMMV
