Topband: Donation of equipment

Excuse the off topic b/w.....

Does anyone know of clubs or organizations involved in the donation of ham gear 
to needy hams outside NA and Europe?
Interest in low band operation would be an asset but not mandatory.

Relies off the list are encouraged to minimize b/w here on the list.
