Topband: FCP with mesh

I added a K2AV FCP to my inv L last year and saw a significant increase in 
performance.  I added  about 25 new entities this past year and have recently 
reached DXCC on TB.  I do have mesh below FCP.  Soil is average.  Live on lake. 
 Water level is high in soil.
