The counterpoise likely has more resistance than that, so you might be looking at as much as 3 dB improvement. Has anyone built an identical pair of K2AV counterpoises and configured them as a low "dipole"? Then the resistive component of the dipole impedance is twice as much as the resistive component of the counterpoise.
