Unclear how this might help?
 Aren't most rotors and their masts normally grounded thru the rotor body 
and mast clamp & mounting bolts to their tower/support?
 Have run 160m QRO shunt-fed tower with CDE rotors for decades with no 
rotor bypassing and no rotor pot burning noticed.  YMMV
