Interesting that these should pop up again after so many years! They were
published in 1998 and 1999, IIRC.
I don't have the electronic files on my current system. They may be on
floppies upstairs in a box somewhere :-) Unlikely that they are in PDF format
but maybe. I'll eventually get a chance to look and see what is stashed away.
At any rate, neither volume (there were two) is currently available.
